Beautiful restaurant. Decor/ furniture everything is beautiful! Food was lovely and so were all waiters/waitresses. I have still given 5 stars but service was a little slower than desired. However that was only because we had somewhere to be. Otherwise it was the perfect environment for a girls dinner, and not deserving of being marked down.

Seems like a very popular local spot, the terrace was packed and indoor dining equally busy with locals. The service was prompt and friendly. The food was good. The beer selection is good. I had a great experience and would return.

Great food. Our party of 6 had the poke, veggie burger, Caesar salad, chicken sandwich, and regular burger. Everyone cleaned their plate. Our only complaint was that the Caesar salad came out quite a few minutes after the rest of our food and the poached egg was medium. Service was great though.

A nice cosy place in a good location in dePijp. If you are going there during lunch, you may have to hurry as the places inside are getting full quick. The menu is not too big, but diverse (the burger is quite big).

Nice bar with great atmosphere. Very friendly staff , selection of easy dishes from around the world. Great place to catch up with your friends.

The cozy terrace is what attracted me initially to het Paardje, but the great food, drinks and service turned me into a returning customer. I’ve been here three times so far and I recommend it if you’re looking for a nice and “gezellige” place to have food and drinks. I can recommend the caesar salad and eggs norwegian! They’re also not stingy with portion sizes, which is great as well.
